Indoor/outdoor living—and the ability to connect with nature on a daily basis—is programmed into the DNA of The Seneca. Our six-story building relies on natural materials such as stone and brick; the color palette, selected by our interior design team, creates a feeling of peace and complete harmony.
The unique L-shaped design includes a robust garden and patio with landscaped verandas, generous outdoor seating, and an expansive courtyard—perfect for outdoor dining and gathering.
Residences at The Seneca feature open floor plans and range from studios to one and two bedrooms. Offering full-sized stainless-steel appliances, kitchenettes with granite countertops, and generous walk-in showers in spacious bathrooms, each residence is also filled with natural light from the oversized windows—which provide unobstructed views of sculpture gardens and sunsets. Common areas are designed for energy and flow, with an indoor/outdoor aesthetic that includes landscaped verandas and expansive spaces that include a Serenity Garden with a meditative Labyrinth Walk at its heart.
The building also offers advanced safety features such as enhanced HVAC systems, upgraded air filtration, and touchless technology, along with LEED Silver certification for green building practices.
The Seneca has LEED certification under the LEED® for Building Design and Construction: New Construction v4 rating system. LEED®, an acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is currently the dominant market standard for the design, construction, maintenance, and operations of high-performance green buildings.
